Famed choreographer George Balanchine passed away three decades ago, but his influential work on 20th century dance continues today. In celebration of his work, the Los Angeles Ballet is embarking on a three-month dance tour, which kicked off last weekend in the South Bay. On Saturday, the stunning group will be stopping at UCLA's Royce Hall for an evening of style, grace and movement as defined by the life of Balanchine himself. The evening will feature a rotating selection of his best choreography, all set to some of the West's most iconic sounds.
