As we've mentioned before, Chloe's is the wood lined back bar at the Golden Road Brewing, open for private events and beer industry shindigs. Now, the unassuming side door to Chloe's is opening up for a series of public beer pairing dinners, under the tutelage of new head brewer Jesse Houck and Pub chef Adam Levoe. The four course fete will feature a delicately roasted quail, stuffed with bacon and mushrooms and laid on with a slightly smoky chorizo cream. In addition to the plates, pours of some of Golden Road's lesser brews (from their Aunt Sally Pale Ale to the Tumbledown Shack Barleywine) will be served.
