Firmly ensconced in its new location on the USC Campus, the annual Los Angeles Times Festival of Books rolls on for two days with a host of readings, signings, panel discussions and much more.
This year's annual bibliophile-friendly affair features conversations with authors Margaret Atwood, Jamaica Kincaid and Joyce Carol Oates; panels on everything from crime writing to poetry to children's lit; and many more literary, film and celebrity luminaries -- too many to list here. Books will also be available for sale from dozens of small and not-so-small presses.
Admission is free, but a $30 festival pass lets you reserve up to eight Conversation tickets in advance and includes additional benefits.
Check the Festival of Books website for more information.
