For more than four decades, downtown Los Angeles has been celebrating the Irish in the streets. This St. Patrick's Day is no different, with a full on jamboree in the heart of DTLA, and right in front of Casey's Irish Pub. The event will slice off a piece of the Wilshire / Grand area, and comes complete with outdoor music, tribute bands, games, giveaways and plenty of Guinness. The event runs from 6am on Sunday the 17th to 2am on Monday the 18th, with free admission before 1pm on Sunday. After that, it's $8 to get into the party, or $20 for VIDs (Very Important Drinkers).
