Even casual drinkers have heard of Dogfish Head, the Delaware-based brewery that's largely responsible for helping to revitalize the flagging beer industry. Not only does the Dogfish team put together wonderful daily drinkers and classic examples of a style (such as their 120 Minute IPA), but they're also well known for mass-producing the sort of beers that other breweries would be afraid to touch. Their Midas Touch is brewed with an ancient recipe that involves muscat grapes and their Noble Rot Saison is a strong reminder of what seasonal ales can really be. On Saturday, May 4th the Dogfish head will be doing a near-complete takeover at Blue Palms Brewhouse, with more than twenty taps being gobbled up by their unique beers. The event kicks off at 2 P.M. and runs until the tap lines empty out.
