Famed Chez Panisse chef Alice Waters sits down with chef David Binkle, who runs the food service program for the entire L.A. Unified School District, and UCLA health professor Dr. Wendy Slusser. Together, the three will discuss the rising challenge of eating healthy in America. From changing the way we think about our children's school lunches, to building and sustaining healthy school campuses, Waters, Slusser and Binkle will certainly be promoting edible gardens, organic living and finding practical solutions to help us treat our bodies with a little more respect. The discussion will be moderated by professor Amy Rowat.
