The Getty Center focuses on famed Los Angeles artist Ed Ruscha's urban landscape photography of the 1960s and '70s.
Highlighting Ruscha's work on urban design and car culture, the Getty Center presents prints and materials related to 'Twentysix Gasoline Stations (1963),' 'Some Los Angeles Apartments (1965),' and 'Every Building on the Sunset Strip (1966).'
The exhibition also includes contact sheets from his documentation of the Pacific Coast Highway in 1974-75 -- on view for the first time.
Check the Pacific Standard Time's website for more details.
The Getty Center is closed on Mondays.
