For those who were able to snag early tickets, Le Grand Fooding Crush promises to be an evening of edible debauchery, set over two nights. Each evening, eight of the city's top chefs (from Nancy Silverton to Roy Choi and Josef Centeno) will be offering tastings of their most prominent menu items: Choi his short rib taco, Centeno a bit of ceviche. Following that, the various events contained within Le Grand Fooding will include Champagne tasting, cheese nibbling and an array of sweets to taste. With an intimate atmosphere and lots of friendly chefs palling around, Le Grand Fooding Crush promises to be a close-knit, fun, relaxed time for all.
