UCLA's interdisciplinary public lecture series exploring the intersection of food and science returns with an new lineup.

This event, Edible Education, features chef Alice Waters, professor Wendy Slusser and chef David Binkle. From the event website:

Chef Alice Waters will be joined by Professor Wendy Slusser and Chef David Binkle to provide and informative discussion on initiating change in how we eat through school lunches, edible gardens, and healthy campuses.
