Cheese enthusiasts are invited to spend an evening pairing selected wines with matches from "cheesemonger" Tyler Schwarz.

Participants will sample over a dozen cheeses, and learn about criteria such as length of ageing, texture, methods of making, fat content, animal milk, and region of origin.
Olive & Thyme owner Melina Davies has hand-selected six wines from around the world to accompany the cheese selections.
