With Tuesday's ballot measures tackling the ongoing issue of marijuana legalization in Los Angeles, many people are looking forward to the weekend. That's when Hempcon will take over the Los Angeles Convention Center downtown, with an array of information sessions, open booths and performances all centered around hemp, cannabis, marijuana and its peripheral businesses. There will be legal discussions regarding California law compliance, booths upon booths hawking alternative medicines and musical performances by members of the Wu-Tang Clan and Cypress Hill.
