In conjunction with the exhibit Overdrive: Los Angeles Constructs the Future, the Getty Center's museum courtyard hosts the 405-adjacent museum's answer to all those fun adults-in-the-evening parties that always seem to happen at the Hammer.

From 6-9 p.m., the museum extends its hours and invites you a 1940's flashback replete with a screening of noir masterpiece "Kiss Me Deadly," swing dance lessons from Cynthia Harper and James Zimmer, creative city construction with James Rojas and, of course, era-appropriate adult beverages.

Check the Getty website for more information.
