The Bard returns to Griffith Park as the Independent Shakespeare Company puts on its annual summer performances. The festival will feature Macbeth, As You Like It and Oliver Goldsmith's She Stoops to Conquer.
Selected evenings will also offer workshops, discussions and preshow performances. Attendees are encouraged to bring seating (a blanket or low lawn chair) and dress warmly. Picnics are welcome (no alcohol), and concessions will be available for purchase.
Note: There will be no performance on July 4. Full event information is available on the Independent Shakespeare website.
