Rather than hosting another evening of popular beer brewers, downtown's Izakaa Fu-Ga decided to let the public get to know the man behind their sake. Brewer Yasuyuki Yoshida, who heads the sake label Tedorigawa, will be on hand for the special event on Wednesday, June 19th. There will be four different sake labels to try from Tedorigawa, as well as a sampling of some of Izakaya Fu-Ga's appetizers and treats. Yoshida will walk tasters through the ancient brewing process as they sip and scarf for a few hours.
