Food Forward presents this 12-week Food Preservation and Cottage Arts Certificate program, taught by chef, food preservation expert and KCET contributor Ernest Miller.

The series is aimed at burgeoning professionals, serious hobbyists and passionate amateurs, and will cover jams, jellies, fermentation, beer brewing, baking, pickling, bread making and more.
