Eleven of Los Angeles' top chefs will serve their unique interpretations of what is surely one of the most delicious foods on the planet: fried chicken.
The all-star lineup includes Susan Feniger of Street, David LeFevre of Fishing With Dynamite and M.B. Post, Daniel Mattern and Roxana Jullapat of Cooks County, Jason Neroni of Superba Snack Bar, Bryant Ng of the Spice Table, Chris Oh of Seoul Sausage, Matt Poley of Heirloom L.A., Eduardo Ruiz of Corazon y Miel, Ernesto Uchimura of Plan Check, and Ricardo Zarate of Mo-Chica and Picca.
McConnell's Fine Ice Creams and Sugarbloom Bakery will provide dessert, Firestone Walker Brewing Co. will pour three craft beers, and Bryan Davidson will DJ. Fore more information, go to the festival event page.
