This inaugural celebration of the beloved hot sauce will showcase sriracha-themed dishes -- including desserts -- created by some of the Southland's top chefs.

Participating chefs include Neal Fraser of BLD, Eric Greenspan of the Foundry, Tui Sungkamee and Jazz Singsanong of Jitlada, Tai Kim of Scoops, and Ernesto Uchimura of Plan Check, to name a few. Local breweries will also pour craft beers to cool those taste buds.

The festivals runs 3 p.m.-6 p.m. For more information, go to the event website.
