As part of their dinner series Cooking With Friends, chefs Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo will host the James Beard Award-winning chef Jeff Michaud at Animal Restaurant. The family-style meal will highlight seven recipes handpicked by Shook and Dotolo from the pages of Michaud's new cookbook, "Eating Italy."
