Set in Tokyo - and in Japanese with English subtitles. Video, black and white. A girl wants to learn more about the same people she sees every day over a 1000 day period commuting on the subway. She becomes obssessed with a guy she sees who doesn't recognize her from their childhood.

But first, her Lover convinces her, she must dispose of her Husband's gun, lest he become violent. The Wife sets out on her mission, enduring a series of misadventures or not. We see the world through her eyes; tensions mount and realities shift, until, in a twist of fate, the Wife discovers the true natures of the men in her life.
