14 Panels to Attend at the L.A. Times Festival of Books (Plus Tips!)

For a second year in a row, book lovers convene at the USC campus for the L.A. Times Festival of Books. Now in its 17th year, the festival features panels, readings, and performances by L.A. writers, cooks, and musicians as well as hundreds of independent bookstores, publishers, publications, shops, and writers. With so many panels and events, it can be hard to decide on which panels to attend.
To make life easier for you, here's our guide to the festival, featuring some of our columnists and interview subjects, and other panels that may be of interest to you.
