We treated David to lunch at MoKo. Aside from highlighting seasonal ingredients, another key ingredient to MoKo's "MOdern KOrean" offerings is the chef, Gary Robins, who hails from New York.
Kcet.org commenter Glass of Win - aka Rachael Faught - has a charbroiled pork baguette at Bánh Mì Mỹ-Tho, a tiny mom-and-pop take-out place in Alhambra that serves a variety of delicious-looking "French" sandwiches.
In this week's installment of Free Lunch, Michael Kurland enjoys a meal at Tulip Cafe located in St. Vincent Court, a picturesque alley that's rich with history and is hidden away in the heart of downtown L.A.
