The nostalgia bracket in L.A.'s Iconic Dish was the most mentally taxing for me: was it BBQ chicken pizza or tuna tartare that had the biggest impact on L.A.'s food scene?
It turns out it's the pizza. This is something of an upset, as it's the only multi-state chain restaurant to win its bracket. I also think it might be a lot of peoples' dirty little food secret. Shout if from the rooftops, people! BBQ sauce on pizza is a thing of beauty!
Still, we'll see if CPK can best the hot dog carts of L.A. Come back tomorrow and vote!
