Los Angeles Celebrates Noodle Month
According to the mysterious foodie powers that be, March is National Noodle Month. The glorious noodle is really something that's celebrated year-round in Los Angeles, but we're happy to take this opportunity to really focus in on the simple, and perfect, comestible. Here we present some of our favorite noodles around the city, with origins around the world -- we even threw in some gnocchi for good measure. Where do you find your favorite noodle dishes? Let us know in the comments!
