National Peach Month in Los Angeles

Stone fruits taste like summer, as we know from the delicious results of our recipe contest, and the perfectly in-season offerings at local farmer's markets. Perhaps no fruit is as essential to summer, though, as the peach. Sure, you could have peaches in pie or jam (or fresh from the market, on their own), but L.A. knows how to make a creative peach dish.
