Miller Leads Dutton in California's Contentious 31st District

Update 10:26 p.m.: Initial election results in California's competitive 31st District have Republican Congressman Gary Miller leading State Senator Bob Dutton by a 10 percent margin.
The Republican v. Republican battle has been in the limelight for months, emerging as the nexus for redistricting, unabated super PAC spending, and a primary system overhaul in the state.
