PROP 30........IF FUNDS DON'T GO TO SCHOOLS FIRST...... PROBLEMS WILL OCCUR. The funds directed to a particular entity...were hidden and not made in a continuous manner of default. LESSONS CAN BE CAUGHT UP AND BE A PROBLEM......TRUTH, HONESTY AND TRANSPARENCY WERE NOT DISCLOSED BY BROWN OF CALIFORNIA
