Prop 36 Funding
Total Contributions, by Donor
Last Updated Nov. 2, 2012
Proposition 36 would revise California's three strikes law in a few different ways, most notably by not imposing a life sentence if the third strike was neither serious or violent. It would also allow for the re-sentencing of prisoners serving life, but continues to impose the sentence for certain offenses and if previous convictions were for rape, murder, or child molestation. For all the details, read this Prop 36 Cheat Sheet.
