This is an interesting series, but NOT a useful one. Their website does not display many of their recipes, and they charge money for many that they do show. They do not reply to emails. This is a corporate ripoff, a bait and switch operation. Their website wants your email address for commercial purposes, then offers to charge you for their services, at least some of which we thought we paid for through our support of KCET which could replace this series with one which provides online recipes.
