Ralph, the new kid in town, is bullying Felix. Anne tries to stick up for her younger schoolmate, only to realize that she too bullies Ralph on occasion. With Anne's help, Felix applies some creative tactics to help diffuse Ralph's aggression and even to offer the beginnings of friendship.
