Autism: Coming of Age
An estimated 800,000 children with autism will age out of the school system in the next 10-15 years and look to ill-prepared state and federal governments for the support services and resources they need. Autism: Coming of Age profiles three adults with autism and includes interviews with their families, support teams and disability experts who discuss the current system and impending challenges they face finding and retaining supportive care of this "coming tsunami.
