Lars
Hesselboe

Liberal Party Leader, former Prime Minister

He led Denmark's center-right coalition government for six years before being bumped out of office. His private and public spheres made an unprecedented collision that led the public to question his honesty and morality.

Portrayed by: Søren Spanning

Birgitte
Nyborg Christensen

Prime Minister, Moderate Party Leader. Bitter over his defeat, Hesselboe despises Birgitte. The two-faced politician praises her in front of her face and badmouths her behind her back.

Kasper
Juul

Press advisor to the Moderate Party (a.k.a. Birgitte's spin doctor), Katrine's ex-boyfriend. Hesselboe never displays his ill will toward Kasper, but undoubtedly hates him for ruining his political career.

Michael
Laugesen

Express Editor-in-Chief, former Labor Party Leader. Hesselboe has many enemies and Laugesen is at the top of the list. He publicly humiliated him during the PM debate by confronting him with the receipts of his reckless spending.

Yvonne
Kjær

New Right Leader. Yvonne's been at his beck and call for the last six years. She decides to finally think for herself and not consult with him when approving Birgitte's budget.
