Ulrik and Katrine are constantly competing for stories and Torben's stamp of approval. Katrine is usually assigned juicer interviews (often due to her relationship with Kasper), but Torben likes Ulrik more because he's less forceful during interviews.

TV1 anchor. Ulrik resents Katrine's natural talent and is perceptually pissed that she lands coveted cabinet interviews solely because she used to date Kasper.
Birgitte's press advisor/speech writer, Katrine's ex-boyfriend. Ulrik and Kasper almost throw blows when the spin doctor barges into TV1 studios and threatens the reporter after he refuses to hand over an advance copy of Laugesen's memoir.
TV1 chief editor. He and Torben usually see eye to eye because Ulrik understands the necessity to maintain ratings in order to keep the program afloat.
