Busytown pedestrians are getting their feet stuck in purple goo. In solving the mystery, Huckle notices these sticky puddles always appear under toothpaste billboards. It turns out the workers installing new toothpaste ads have a leaky container of quick-dry billboard glue. The kids help decorate used cars for Jack's big sale. Suddenly, all the helium balloon go missing...and so does Pig Won't. Huckle discovers clues that suggest their little pig pal floated away. A search and rescue team launches into action using one of Jack's flying cars.
