Viewers will learn about Greek cuisine and history through the locals from each place that is visited with special simple-to-follow cooking demonstrations.

Eva visits the museum of Byzantine culture. Chef Yianni makes a unique Byzantine inspired dessert.
Athens
Eva visits the city of democracy. Loukanopita, roasted leg of lamb and loukoumades, is prepared.
Rapsani/Olympos
Eva visits the mountain of the ancient Greek gods. Stifatho, moustalevria and spanakopita are made.
