Monday - March 15, 7:30pm: Swallows - The miracle of the "Swallows" of Capistrano takes place each year at the Mission San Juan Capistrano, on March 19th, St. Joseph's Day. Legend says the swallows, seeking sanctuary from an innkeeper who destroyed their nests, took up residence at the old Mission. They return to the site each year to nest, knowing their young can be safe within the Mission walls. As the little birds wing their way back to the Mission, the village of San Juan Capistrano takes on a fiesta air and visitors from all parts of the world, and all walks of life, gather in great numbers to witness the "miracle" of the return of the swallows. In this episode, Huell travels to the old Mission to visit this truly Californian phenomenon. There will be all sorts of surprises including a special version of the song, "When The Swallows Come Back To Capistrano". It's a celebration you don't want to miss.

Tuesday - March 16, 7:30pm: Pita Bread - It all started at Huell’s local dry cleaner and a sandwich made with Pita Bread. He wanted to learn more about this wonderful flat bread that you see so often. He visits a Pita Bread factory to learn all about the art of making this ancient food and ends up at a restaurant where he is treated to feast that is all based around Pita Bread. It’s a delicious adventure.

Wednesday - March 17; 7:30pm: Catalina Cubs - Chicago millionaire William Wrigley brought excitement to the Catalina Island every year, when his Chicago Cubs baseball team came for spring training each season through the late 1940s. A ball field was built and visitors came from Los Angeles and other California cities to watch the "Catalina" Cubs.

Thursday - March 18, 7:30pm: Chorizo - A family run business founded in 1934, Carmelita’s makes some of the best Chorizo in LA, with their own secret family recipe. Huell gets a tour of the facility and sees first hand how its made. This is one time you will want to see how sausage is made.

Friday - March 19; 7:30pm: Trona Pinnacles - The Trona Pinnacles are one of the most unusual geological features in California. The unusual landscape consists of more than 500 tufa spires, some as high as 140 feet rising from a dry lake bed. The Pinnacles have been used as a backdrop fort hundreds of movies and TV shows.
