Tuesday - September 7, 7:30pm: Soap - Huell travels to the Soap Kitchen in Pasadena to learn all about soap making. From the early history of mixing animal tallow with wood ashes, to the mass market bars of Ivory, this adventure will leave you clean all over.

Wednesday - September 8, 7:30pm: Amador County Fair - Huell travels to Plymouth California to visit the Amador County Fair. This fair has all the great food, rides and entertainment you’d expect, but what really sets it apart is their incredible living history areas. There is a wheelwright shop, steam powered sawmill, and even a Miwok village where you can visit with members of the tribe and learn about their beliefs and traditions. Or if bluegrass music is more your thing, the Amador County Fairgrounds is also the site for the annual Bluegrassin' in the Foothills Festival.

Thursday - September 9, 7:30pm: Musicians Institute - Huell gets a behind the scenes tour of this very special school which is nestled in the heart of Hollywood. The Guitar Institute of Technology opened its doors to full-time students in February of 1977, laying the foundation for the Musicians Institute. This world-class college has state of the art facilities and offers everything you need to succeed in the music industry. Not your typical classroom. Steve Vai's 1985 performance and lecture at GIT.

Friday - September 10, 7:30pm: Geothermal - Huell heads south to the small town of Heber to visit Ormat Technologies geothermal plant. From the earliest native peoples to the mud loving "spa' enthusiasts, this area has a rich history in harnessing the "heat" bubbling up from the ground. We'll get an education in how Ormat is harnessing this energy and using it to power our lives. Iceland is a far way from California, but it's Blue Lagoon houses one of the most notable geothermal plants in the world.

Saturday - September 11, 7:30pm: Anaheim - Huell spends the day with the President of the Anaheim Historical Society and visits a family owned bowling alley celebrating it’s 50th anniversary, the oldest piece of public artwork in Orange County, and a historic cactus garden in Pearson Park. Huell isn't covering Disneyland in this episode, but here's vintage reel of Anaheim's Happiest Place on Earth.

Sunday - September 12, 7pm: Orchid Trail - The trail is located on California's central and southern coasts — a Mecca for orchid hobbyists in the early part of the 20th century. Wealthy families who established estates to enjoy the Mediterranean-like climate of coastal California sought the services of renowned horticulturists and landscape architects to establish their lavish orchid filled gardens.
