Photojournalist Luis Garza began his career recording the tumultuous social events of the 1960s and 1970s. He has worked as a television writer, producer and director, community scholar, cultural expert and curator. He has dedicated his professional pursuit over the years to educating the public and expanding the scholarly understanding of Mexican muralist David Alfaro Siqueiros, and the importance of his Los Angeles murals.
