Julia Parker is a master basket weaver, teacher and storyteller. For more than 50 years, Parker has worked as a cultural specialist at the Yosemite Museum in the Yosemite Valley. In this story, Parker is seen weaving a basket and collecting materials with her daughter Lucy Parker, and speaks to the unique relationship that weavers have with the land and the plants.
