The Hat People believe a mayor would lead them to victory in their fight against Hoo Doo and all of the Good Hats enter the election. But Hoo Doo gets wind of it and enters his own candidate, declaring to one and all, "This will be an honest election. I'll pick the winner." The Good Hats realize their only chance is to support only one of their own, but Election Day comes and something goes wrong. Could "honest" Hoo Doo be behind it?
