While Mark and Weenie the Genie are off attempting another escape from Lidsville, the evil Hoo Doo decides the Good Hats' taxes are past due and puts their homes up for sale. Mark and Weenie return to find the sinister Bad Hats living in the Good Hats homes! The boy and his genie track down the Good Hats and hatch a plan to fight Hoo Doo with another magician. But where in all of Lidsville could they find a worthy rival for Hoo Doo?
