When the Good Hats plan how to thwart Hoo Doo's next attack, they snub the bungling Weenie the Genie. So in shame Weenie runs away. But Hoo Doo confronts the Good Hats and demands the payment of their taxes and the return of Weenie. And to assure their good faith, the magician kidnaps two of the Good Hats and threatens dire consequences for the hostages if the Hats don't comply with his demands. Is it Weenie Genie to the rescue?
