This lively and charming 1969 KCET production presents a broadcast of the classic radio program, "The Plot To Overthrow Christmas", written by radio pioneer and acclaimed writer Norman Corwin. Originally broadcast on radio on December 25, 1938, and redone as a television reading of the radio play in 1969, it is once again brought to the screen by KCET in honor of Norman Corwin's 100th birthday. Following this broadcast, KCET anchor Val Zavala interviews Corwin, who comments on the radio broadcast and his career during his long life.
