"Quick Bites" is a series of comedic shorts co-created by actor, director and producer Joe Mantegna and writer Danny Ramm. Though characters, setting and situations change in each installment of "Quick Bites," they always center around a shared meal. The humorous storylines of the three shorts featured in this episode include the following:

  • two cops who debate how a crime was committed over a tuna sandwich
  • a man who gets involved in a conversation he wishes he never had during his lunch break
  • a couple's quarrel at dinner about what's important in their relationship.
The shorts include such notable actors as Ray Abruzzo ("The Sopranos"), Tony Shalhoub ("Monk"), Vinny Guastaferro ("NYPD Blue"), and Academy Award and Emmy nominee Minnie Driver ("The Riches," "Good Will Hunting").
