Quick Bites No. 3: 'Food for Thought'
"Quick Bites" is a series of short films co-created by actor Joe Mantegna and writer Danny Ramm. The setting changes in every installment. The one constant? The conversations people have over food.
KCET's "Open Call" is pleased to premiere the third installment of the series, "Food for Thought," which features Tony Shalhoub and Minnie Driver as a couple eating at a restaurant and utterly failing to connect on the two subjects they're talking about: the end of their relationship (her) and the poor quality of the food (him).
