OUT OF IRELAND is a weekly half-hour program aimed at one of America'slargest ethnic groups - the Irish Americans. Over 44 million Americans claim Irish heritage. The series is produced in a lively magazine format, with special feature stories produced by host Patricia O'Reilly and her production team. Included are stories about Irish and Irish American celebrities, artists, writers and entertainers, along with Irish American history, events and information. Also featured is a weekly segment on the current Irish news from RTE, Ireland's national television service.
