Today a number of elderly Poles who witnessed these brutal murders are openly sharing their memories. "Safeguarding Memory: Commemorating Jewish Mass Graves in Poland" tells a few of these stories through the eyes of some of the individuals working to uncover this information and provide a dignified commemoration of the deceased innocents.
