Since the Bear Flag rebellion that helped create California as a U.S. state, voters here seem to have been angry at government about one thing or another. These days a lot of the hot rhetoric is coming from the Tea Party, but the Golden State has a long and storied history of protest and activism. Correspondent Judy Muller looks at that legacy, and discovers a new group that's trying to bring a little civility into the discourse.
