Los Angeles County contains the largest number of people living below the poverty line in the entire country. With the high cost of living here, it's no wonder that many of those people are homeless. Correspondent Lisa Ling follows up on disturbing facts collected by the social service agency School on Wheels. Ling takes a close look at what it's like to be young and homeless — the case for thousands in L.A. County.
