The City of El Segundo is trying to get its fair share of tax revenue from Chevron, but the oil company and some residents are opposing the tax hike being imposed by the city. Correspondent Vince Gonzales investigates what's at stake.

Also, crowd funding is a new model that is allowing musicians, artists and filmmakers, among others, to fund their projects. We take a look at how it's working and how Kickstarter, one of the major players in this new industry, is helping these projects come to fruition.
