'Sequester' Cuts Likely to Happen as Republicans Call White House Bluff

Just four days before the so-called "sequester" is set to cut everything from Head Start programs to air traffic control to the military, the White House and Congress seem to be doing nothing but blaming each other. Aaron Blake of "The Washington Post's" political blog The Fix joins Madeleine from Washington, D.C., to discuss what's at stake with this gridlock and what we can expect from the Capitol in the coming days.
